WE ARE EXPECTING.......

To adopt a baby in the next year or so! After trying unsuccessfully to conceive for two years, after much prayer, thought, and godly guidance, we have decided to begin the process to adopt a newborn baby! We are very excited as we begin our journey! This past week on Tuesday night we went to a meeting with Bethany Christian Services. We got alot of info and have decided to go ahead and put in a formal application with Bethany. If anyone is interested in looking, their website is www.bethany.org. After we put in the formal application we will begin the daunting task of the dreaded home study! :) This last week I have been working on filling out LOTS of paperwork! You wouldn't believe the questions you have to answer! Ive written our names and address so many times! One of the questions asks for directions from Bethany to our house, we have to do this using landmarks. For those of you that know me well, Zach will be doing this part or they would never get to our house. Directions is NOT my strong point! :) We also have to write autobiographies. That is an overwhelming thought! They did say that the men have to write their own and that they cannot have their wives do it! :) I guess Zach will be doing his own. lol On a more serious note we definitely covet your prayers as we begin this process, for the Lord's leading and timing and for the finances that we need. Also for the Lord to give us peace through this uncertain time!
